I kept trying to play Doom Eternal, despite enjoying Doom 2016, and could not finish it. I played RE2 for 5 hours straight without any breaks and enjoyed myself without playing a single RE game. Both times I never looked up online reviews or trailers. I just enjoyed something as is.
Honestly I think society would be better overall if social media hit the bucket. It has provided us with vast information, but also released the flood gates for idiots who can't conceive a thought and spread misinformation like the plague. Go read a book and have your 30 minute walk.
I think I might just stop using social media for the sole reason of not seeing so many idiots posting their dumb opinions and treating them as an absolute while making villifying random people for not thinking like them.
