Duncan Weldon@duncanweldon.bsky.social · 5d agoThe Economist War Room email asks about the most important sieges in history and mentions Vienna, Fallujah, the Alamo, Tyre, Leningrad and Malta. I’d probably, if pushed, go for Vicksburg or Paris (1870-71). But it’s a good question.

100% agree with this. Give the longer form and T20 the space to breathe, avoid the messy schedules and make it easier for the players too.

Most sites are algorithm-focused, pushing garbage into your feed instead of what you want to see.
