Chile should be a federal state or at least gave much more power and more to the regions so they can pay on topics as education and universities. The best universities of Chile that are on Santiago, should have campuses of high quality on all regions, not some.
The government of José Antonio Kast is useless, doesn't help to people of middle class and it's deceitful. Chile deserves a new constitution if they want to change a lot of things for better and avoid the death of development and progress of the country. Chile right now is a stagnant country.
I was psychologically tortured by ex familiars and the justice system did nothing, nobody did something. The truckers are corrupt. The religious are corrupt and abuse of his religious role to gain a lot of money.
Chile is a segregated country by social classes and every class attacks among them. On Chile people is conformist and turn blind eye to ugly things. On Chile the police, in special Carabineros, they abuse of the civil and they torture them.
The wages of middle class and teachers are very bad.
The college or school directors treat badly to the teachers if they don't think like them in terms of moral and political.
The Professional Institutes are not universities and doesn't gave university grades. I want university.
The best universities are on Santiago and not on regions. You must go to study to Santiago. I want the best university education and people excuses me saying me that I should conform with a Professional Institute of bad quality, something that I don't want.
The regions are underestimated by the businessman and politics. And in consequence: the things of bad quality or obsolete comes to the regions, and the things of very good quality as technology and materials comes to the capital of Santiago.
1) On Chile, the politic power and economic is extremely centralised to the capital of Chile; Santiago. The states are called here Regions.
