The argument from Estate Agents that "similar homes in your area have higher rent so we'll raise yours" is specious self-sustaining bullshit. If my rent goes up, the neighbour's rent will go up, then my rent will go up, and so on. Meanwhile the home depreciates from living in it. What a scam.

Apparently there's a new cosy murder mystery series called Benidorm Is Murder coming. But its premise seems suspiciously similar to Blue Murder Motel.
It's only one episode in and I really enjoyed #StuartFailsToSaveTheUniverse. It was very funny and ridiculous and is definitely worth a watch. Kevin Sussman used to follow me on Twitter and we had a few pleasant exchanges, so I somehow feel proud of him by association.

I'm watching #MastersOfTheUniverse and I am surprised at how good it is. It's the exact same tone as the Dungeons and Dragons movie, so to anyone who was desperate for a sequel to that, it's definitely worth checking this movie out.
As much as I appreciate the sheer array of colours available in Lego, they don't half play havoc with your eyes if you're colour-blind. I confuse dark tan with olive green and medium nougat, and then confuse yellow with light orange, and dark red with brown, and dark brown with black. Nightmare.
The thing is, unlike Hot Wheels, which were made-up cars designed for racing, Matchbox cars are all based on real cars that you drive around a toy town with. Quiet play. Not smash crash bash play. This looks like a pre-existing action screenplay they shoehorned a brand onto.
