How do you deal with really good and bad things happening around the same time? These past few months have been so confusing. I pushed through grief and experienced incredible moments, and yet I felt guilty for being happy at those moments, and now things are going really bad again

I watched a finale of a popular show yesterday and I just realized my mental health is doing so much better now that I don't actively interact with fandoms. I went to the hashtags to see fan works and 80% of what I saw were people arguing
