LMFAO this is just literally how it works. The newer tech consumes more power in less space increasing cooling requirements (but it increases the computing power at a faster rate than the electricity consumption - so it's more efficient per computation).

I think the thing I'm most uncertain about is making transfer fees count against the cap hit. I think teams should be able to go after non-DP level guys and not be penalized on the salary cap front because it required a fee. My suspicion is this rule hurts the mid-level starters.
