Excited that @epssnet.bsky.social promotes and supports the small but growing community of PE of development scholars in Europe! One of the most exciting things about EPSS 2026 @ Belfast.

We start the year by looking back at a productive 2024 for our 14-people team 💪🏼 Last year we got: 📰 21 peer reviewed articles, including 1 in APSR, 3 in AJPS, and 6 in JOP; 📕 1 book with OUP; 🏆 4 article, paper, or book awards; 📊 3 new external grants totaling €385k.

It's been quite the treat to spend the week visiting (and to present at) the Quality of Government Institute at the University of Gothenburg 🇸🇪. What a great group of scholars doing influential work on issues of governance, bureaucracies, and state capacity. Thank you for having me, QoG!
