I'd even say that maintaining expertise and tribal knowledge is a matter of company & industry survival. For example, manufacturing in the USA was largely offshored to China, leading to a lot of expertise being lost in the long run. Keep your engineers. Keep them happy. Pass on knowledge.

This is interesting. Unlike Google’s search results and product snippets, their AI summaries are now content they create themselves instead of pulling it from external websites. This makes them liable for the content which, since it’s AI, can be wildly incorrect. the-decoder.com/landmark-ger...
