I'd even say that maintaining expertise and tribal knowledge is a matter of company & industry survival. For example, manufacturing in the USA was largely offshored to China, leading to a lot of expertise being lost in the long run. Keep your engineers. Keep them happy. Pass on knowledge.
Keeping humans in the loop is the way to maximise the efficiency. Engineers with the right tooling can now investigate parts of a codebase that would previously have required a much larger effort. Stay tuned as we share lessons from our tests in large-scale code analysis and vulnerability discovery.

what is so good about @gleam.run anyway?
I glanced at atproto briefly, is it a decentralized social platform? How does it compare to something like Bluesky or Mastodon?
The Gleam takeover of atproto continues
Been doing this for a few years. Ripping can be time consuming, but I never have to worry about having an internet connection, or licencing deals falling through. I'm more scared to lose access to the content I love than I'm annoyed at the work it takes to manage my own copies.
I cancelled my Spotify Been going to music stores and ripping CD. A+ recommend

This is interesting. Unlike Google’s search results and product snippets, their AI summaries are now content they create themselves instead of pulling it from external websites. This makes them liable for the content which, since it’s AI, can be wildly incorrect. the-decoder.com/landmark-ger...

Many such cases 😌
Just discovering Gleam (the programming language) and really like how sensible and minimal the language design is! For example, there is no distinction between sum types and product types; they make it work by allowing field access without destructuring in simple cases. Very cool. gleam.run
