a skilled ER nurse with a deep sense of civic responsibility is exactly the kind of person you want carrying a firearm. every ICE employee should be barred from touching anything deadlier than a butter knife for the rest of their natural lives.

So ~1 week after they killed Renee Good, ICE chased a man, shot and injured him reportedly through the door of a home, then blanketed a majority Black neighborhood in a tremendous amount of chemical weapons and flash grenades in the middle of the night. That's where we're at.
There's hardly a meaningful distinction between ICE and the Gestapo at this point and we might as well confront that. No reforming an institution which became the gestapo. It must be destroyed.

You film them, as is your legal right. Your wife complies with orders. She is then shot in the head. You still have to pick up your child later today. This could be you.

Renee Nicole Good is the one whose reputation should be protected, whose death should be marked by flags across the country being lowered to half-staff, who should be getting tearful tributes and acknowledgments from politicians and media figures. These are the people we ought to honor.

to add to the Jake Paul schadenfreude, Andrew Tate also lost a fight to some reality TV influencer. most analysis of the fight I've read described his opponent as deeply untalented but Andrew lost anyway. Tate's endurance was awful and he was gassed after the first round.

Agents in Key Largo, Florida ripped this woman wearing medical scrubs out of her car as she screamed she is a US citizen. Agents cuffed her and put her in one of their cars. She was eventually let go, per David Goodhue of the Miami Herald, who also took this footage:
