finding out my coworker who got hired a couple of months ago is already making a little over a dollar more than me bc she was able to negotiate her wages (due to previous job having better pay) and i have been here for almost 3 years with around a 40 cent pay raise :

And all of these pieces together. The original trio came earlier in the year as I realized I needed to go back on HRT, but was fearful of closing doors I could barely talk about. I was mourning a person I couldn't really ever be, and a person I was afraid to let myself be, and was afraid to lose.
