Re neurodevelopmental conditions: diagnoses are increasing, but people aren't faking it. They were always there but not diagnosed--perhaps they couldn't access diagnosis, perhaps they were invisible because compensating, which came with acute anxiety (and frequent burnouts and mental health crises)

Not bad for about a week off from the gym due to bruised ribs. Crunches were a bit spicy, but feels great to be back in the gym.

Twas push day! My shoulders are developing quite nicely.
It looked smooth but in my head it definitely didnโt feel like it. Oh well. I accomplished it!
If you dedicate yourself and push your limits, you can accomplish anything! The left is me last May and the right was taken this morning. A huge transformation in just over a year.
It was pull day at the gym! Progressively overloading workouts every week. Also, caught sight of my butt and itโs growing! Woot!
