Oh and all of that should be read in a gentle polite kind mothering voice. I’m holding your hand, tucking you in, kissing your forehead goodnight 🤍 like the softest mommy, like you’re my own little baby.

Qualify your statements better and you’ll find this all happens less. You’ll definitely get less notes on your post though, because then people have less room to apply your words to their personal experiences. Which is probably why you never do it and never will 🤍

For example. Define for me what, by your standards, is not worth the energy of getting mad about. What am I getting mad about that you, “gently and heavyhandedly,” think is not worth the energy?

You also cannot conceive of the degree to which I personally hold back and give you benefit of the doubt when I could be personally getting in your face and putting you on the spot, interrogating you about what exactly you intended by your words. Who you meant it for.

“Uncharitable interpretation.” Good Lord. If you took the most basic measures to come across less uneducated and obnoxious people might be more inclined to be charitable, or at least not be as inclined to attack you.

Qualifying your posts so poorly that it leaves too much potential room for unintended interpretations is not a problem of reader illiteracy, that is a problem on your part as an illiterate writer.

People interpreting your posts “in the most uncharitable way” or applying it to things you didn’t mean them to apply it to is a problem you would not keep having so much if you ever qualified your posts better in the first place.

That said, as much as I get extremely aggravated with the male compulsion to invade my space or touch me I am somewhat endeared by their tendency to apologize and back off so much more quickly and cleanly than female offenders ever have.

If I were put in the position of the bullied girl in the videos there is no question I would have immediately seen red and put the fear of God in the offender on the very first instance she “playfully” hit me or grabbed me disrespectfully and there would have been no further attempt.

A direct and sincere apology that does not muddle the issue or make any absurd excuses would be the One Thing that could possibly inspire me to consider mercy. But of that you are absolutely incapable, and I grow more glad for that every day.

I used to be ready to listen to people when they came to me with the façade of moral logic or appealed to me with whimpering emotional distress. But I realized everyone just uses those things as tools for virtue-signaling and emotional abuse, desperate to gain petty power and control.

And let me be clear on this point. I have raged against policing creative expression for my entire online career. Read Literary Fiction for once in your illiterate lives and you will shed any notion that art and stories are obliged to be propagandistic guidelines for moral and ideal behavior.

Could do with a lot more "don't worry, I'm allowed to make this art because if you claim to have a problem with it I will see to it that you learn to live in fear always watching your back always feeling scrutinized and policed and suspected the way you thought you could make others do."

By explaining the why you're only giving this type of person more ammunition while exposing yourself in ways that may better be left for your art to say in abstraction.

I think we could do with a little less "Don't worry, I'm allowed to make this art because I'm traumatized in these ways." and a lot more "Don't worry, I'm allowed to make this art because I'm allowed to make any art. And also, it's none of your fucking business whether or not I am traumatized."

Some clients never fail to put me in a great mood just simply by the fact of their existing on this planet with me. Makes me feel less alone.

If you still think female abusers are Not As Bad, try to justify this behavior to me. I can’t wait to see you try to insist this is feminist queen shxt actually and how people like this deserve forgiveness and redemption because SURELY they will be remorseful and grow into better people 🤡

This followup is an even stronger performance by everyone. Even with all the actors being adults playing teens their performances are so like the real thing. Legitimately insane work. Be warned that this one includes a non-explicit but upsetting portrayal of SA by females. youtu.be/GIPEuXrJTRE

Do you understand that what makes something bullying and abuse is not about the severity or physicality of the individual actions, but about the Intentions behind even actions that appear innocuous, and how they make the victim feel?

Can’t stand people who only stand up for the right thing when it’s trendy and socially approved of and you expect you’re going to get support from the crowd. If I Know something to be wrong I oppose it and do the right thing on principle Regardless of whether anyone backs me up or likes me for it.

KR comments on this demonstrate the stark difference between how KR audiences view such media compared to how western audiences view such media (my translations in alt text):

Real, these days no one makes the bullying overt. You often move to different classrooms so homeroom teacher doesn't really catch on and only the classmates are aware of the bullying...on the surface they look like friends. I graduated 2 years back but it's so Exactly the Same as the real deal I got chillsThis is it, this is REAL bullying by teenagers today. In every educational video and webdrama and kdrama the depiction of bullying looked like such corny textbook BS, but on this channel finally they show what true bullying looks like.. I'd expect ShortPaper channel staff wouldn't personally have experienced the bullying of today's teens, but seeing this quality they clearly did crazy hard work on research and interviews.. Seriously incredible I'm so grateful to the actors as well for making this film...

Found the Hal-coded no-bullshxt upperclassman down to slap faces and shame the whole room of silent cowards. Not bc he knows or likes the victim personally, just on principle and because he refuses to be complicit with their pathetic behavior. They Actually asked him "Man why are you so mad" LMAO

Wondering if westerner imperceptiveness and obliviousness is to the degree you can’t even perceive how the behavior in those videos is bullying except solely the moments when you see on-screen physical or sexual violence.
