i got a Z Fold 5 for cheap a few months back because i was curious about foldables, and then my real phone's digitizer broke in the parking lot, so i've been stuck on it ever since. i cannot stress to you how bad samsung is at software. in every way. this screenshot isn't even the worst of it!

Samsung OneUI notification shade screenshot. the app underneath is white, and there's nothing to help the clock, status bar, or any labels stand out amongst it. the media player widget, as well as two notifications are showing, all of which have a horrendous corner radius, show next to no information, and neither of them match in color.

the last remaining component from my original computer in 2019, a 2TB Seagate SSHD, finally died on me. suddenly and without warning, unfortunately. no power at all, even the debug/factory serial interface is dead. welp, RIP to my downloads folder, old clips archive, and probably a few other things.

for two glorious years in 2012-2013 the wii u was caught up for cross platform releases and we got to see how the fuck normal videogame developers tried to make their wii u version lucrative. no other generation could've created black ops 2 in its full fidelity entirety with wiimote controls.

macos users be like "no its fine that u cant quit apps, you just install Quitly" & u go to quitly .com & it costs $3.99 a month

I've been wanting a Radeon VII for a while now, and after coming across a decent excuse and a great deal, i finally picked one up! still one of the best looking graphics cards ever made.

An AMD Radeon VII, sitting atop my cluttered deskAn AMD Radeon VII installed in a 2012 mac pro, amongst other PCIe cards. The "RADEON" logo and corner cube with black "R" is emitting a pleasing, saturated, and not overpowering red.

managed to pull off the pixlas mod on my mac pro without blowing anything up! time to ruin the occasion by playing the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Open Beta, which is still open to this day, and has a mac port!

The PCIe chamber of my 2012 mac pro. all hard drive slots are occupied, and a few PCIe cards are installed, but notably among them is a reference AMD RX 6900 XT, with a clearly aftermarket 2x6+2-pin PCIe power cable coming out from the far top left corner of the chamber, leading from the power supplymacOS screenshot. Call of Duty: Black Ops III (with BO3MacFix) is running in the background, with the "About this Mac" screen in the foreground, showing the specs of the machine, being 2x Xeon X5690s, 36GB 1333MT/s DDR3 ECC, and the aforementioned RX 6900 XT, running atop MacOS Monterey 12.7.6
