Might as well add a little extra smoke to my lungs if I have no choice in the matter anyway.
"Where I go, I do not know, I only know the place I've been. Dreams, they come and go, ever shall be so. Nothing's real until you feel."
"Loving people and loving a person are opposites, in some ways." . . .
Mm, gotta love that smoky air. Reminds you you're living in the apocalypse.

"HAVE I ever told you about the spark? Shooting through the black void of space at speeds impossible to imagine, knowing nothing but the dark, cold nothingness, until by pure chance it struck one particular blue planet.
The idea of putting a safety net under this tightrope we're all walking on may sound appealing, but some of us might never even use it, so we probably shouldn't waste the effort. If people fall off and die it was probably their fault anyway, should have been born with better balance.
Opinion: Mamdani's idea may sound appealing, but it's NYC taxpayers who will take the hit, subsidizing discounts they may never even use.
weird is fucking cool and everyone should be as weird as they wanna be
i think i said this before but u can tell a lot of people just want to slightly expand the definition of "normal" to include gay and trans people, and i really just don't respect this tbqh we gotta just fight against the concept of weird things being bad
one million dollars to evil transgender women

It is pretty sad that so few people actually believe in open borders
should you fall, I will pick you up from the rain I will shield your head if you call I'll be by your side my body can warm yours in bed my firm hand can turn the screws but my cool heart cannot parse the signs contraband, from my lips to yours smuggling truth between the lines
don't you yearn for something finer? ballrooms, shiny rocks, red flowers? I would burn to lift you higher but my heart knows not these powers if you flee from your enemies I can be there to cut them through all you see that's within my reach I can destroy or give to you
You must keep your head up, your back straight. You must not let the crown slip or, devil forbid, fall. If you must walk slower, more deliberately, then so be it. Be not in a hurry. The world will wait for you.
Tips for demon princes/angel princesses: Hold yourself with grace and elegance. Mind your posture, do not slouch like a common lowly mortal. Imagine on your head, the weight of a solid gold crown (or a shining gold halo, if you will), heavy with the precious stones befitting your station.
rising up, falling far burn just like a shooting star sought the secrets bizarre left Pandora's box ajar life of insurrection turn my back on history death and resurrection the truth's no grand mystery
still in the dancing light frozen in the dead of night heaven's fire burns so bright makes hell's black halls gleam pearl white as below so up high an empty space in my soul reflection of clear sky my god no more than a hole
empty eyes, cold and dead yet her ghost still fills my head hollow heart, full of lead pulls me down to her seabed i'm neither here nor there but i'm on the borderline breathing water and air becoming the inky brine
a puppet hung on strings pulled upon by unseen things clockwork doll drove by springs lifted up on phantom wings like a touch on the face or a weight on the shoulder drag me from place to place push me round like a boulder
...then bear. Does this world truly deserve to die? Does she deserve to live? Millions dead and counting, and so many who tried harder to survive, cared more about itโall in vain. Still she lingers on, death refusing to touch her. Wondering how to carry on in a world so very unfair.
...either. Like a holy man who challenges God to smite him down. Woefully then, it would be inevitable that should the apocalypse ever strike, it would be shortly following some despairing witch's curse. Coincidence it may seem, but in her mind there can be no such thing. What a weight she must...
...witch who spitefully curses the world with an apocalypse spell. You have to imagine it would happen from time to time, everyone finds themselves in that dark place at some point. It's not as though she truly thinks she has the power, but it's not as if she doesn't believe in the possibility...
