Stop acting like people wanting stable jobs, affordable homes, good schools, and leaders who put our communities first are lofty ideals. Those are literally the basics.
Mainstream Respectable opinion is that people joking about a bad person's death represents a culture of cruelty, but really it represents a culture of impunity. It's a coping mechanism for watching someone do evil their whole life and never seeing consequences

Since then, both networks have promoted Kalshi to viewers extensively, frequently vouching for its accuracy, but no mention of a financial partnership with the prediction market.
So basically what they've done here is take various things that they've been fearmongering over individually and put them all together in one attack without thinking about how this might look to anyone whose brains haven't been turned into spoiled clam chowder.
