That AU concept where size is a symbol of status, so the more powerful you are, the fatter. Stolas gets mocked even more for being skinny (by enormously fat Goetian standards. He's still kind of chunky) Blitz is a trail blazer, intentionally gaining when imps are forbidden from doing so.
