tbh a number of nonbinary people who were "assigned male at birth" sometimes also position/align themselves within the trans woman umbrella precisely because of how transfeminization is totalizing and there is no other alternative really to talk about the misogyny you experience

the drinks i had on the menu were based (very loosely) on pokemon types, each being (very loosely) a riff on a classic cocktail. ice-type: a tropical cocktail with acid-adjusted pineapple juice, coconut rum, vodka, blue curacao, and a bit of simple syrup. this was the crowd fave for sure. 1/

i put on a number of social events that all went super well - i loved putting on a mini party in our room with a cocktail bar. all the drinks i designed for the menu were so well-received that i ran out of half of them before Friday. beyond that, getting to eat good food and do fun things 2/

ok time for my own sgdq post - this was the best event i've had since i started to attend these in person two years ago. the sheer growth in my life from knowing only the people i came with to having a week so packed with things to do that i felt like i barely stopped moving has been so wonderful 1/

I need people to stop sharing those β€œAnti-Trans Legal Risk by State Maps” It’s absolute fearmongering and only dictates your safety from laws, which is a horrible single metric to base this on. It’s so much more complicated. You don’t need to get your news from one rich white transfem, I promise
