You’re all so steeped in hypocrisy that you think you’re better than the same people you’re talking shit on. It’s sad to see but also funny that you are all SO convinced you’re the good guys while you engage in the EXACT same behavior you accuse others of. You’re no better than them; worse, I’d say.
get thee behind me, go3

But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Good Omens 3! Thou art an offence unto me; for thou savourest not the things that be of canon and good works, but those that be of men like NG. Do not DM, please.

Yeah because famously if you dislike any portion of a show it means you no longer love it in general. I guess since most people hate s4 of BBC’s Sherlock that means they never loved it in the first place and they aren’t real fans 😂😂😂
I hated S3 and I’m attending TIC because I love Good Omens. Good Omens is not only S3. I don’t know why it’s so hard to understand that the people that are upset over S3 loved GO and are heartbroken by it, and want to spend time talking about the thing they love with other fans.
Does…does that make it okay to still be mean? Because you’ve seen others do it? Okay 👍🏻
For the record, I didn't use a single word that I haven't seen thrown at people who made pro-finale posts - including posts that WERE properly tagged.
Nothing like making fun of people asking for a ship to be tagged correctly like every fandom has done since tagging began lol. Talk about cruel.
You posted a happy thing without a tag? Clearly this wasn't an accident. You deliberately forced me to look at something traumatizing because you're a cruel, manipulative abuser.
These replies are so needlessly cruel. You all should be ashamed of yourselves, but that would require basic empathy and compassion, so I won’t hold my breath. Enjoy the fandom while it lasts. You are all killing it by refusing to do the absolute bare minimum for your fellow fans. Embarrassing.
The concept of “fandom leaders” is absolutely frying me. What constitutes a fandom leader, especially if I’d never heard of you? Were you democratically elected? What are your qualifications other than a superiority complex and the inability to stop centering yourself?
Sure because marriage is the pinnacle of all queerness lmao
The ending of Good Omens is not an unambiguously happy one no matter how much you insist it is 😇 erasing every single queer character we knew and loved and replacing them with imposters is not a happy queer ending—it’s literally erasure and a symptom of a larger problem. #notmyfinale #go3critical
That demon needed a xanax and a sloppy handy, not to be given the responsibility for all creation.
I think it’s a mistake to assume that fellow fans’ feelings towards the #GoodOmens3 ending are supposed to end in a place of positivity. Sometimes the “acceptance” stage of grief is accepting that you might not ever be okay with something, and deciding to live with it.
Better return to AO3, at least the fans know and love and understand the characters and 5he universe they live in... #NotMyFinale #GoodOmens3Critical #AntiGO3 www.tumblr.com/arsillanola/...
Always interesting to see who appoints themselves as fandom archetypes in these moments—the peacekeepers, the righteous defenders, the police etc—and even more interesting to see how loudly confident they are in their “good intentions” despite never showing empathy to those they’re trying to silence
