Finished laying out the pages for Vagrant Song, aka Ghoap road trip. Over 80 pages of art! I really like this analog method bc I kept finding tidbits in different sketchbooks and it's easier for me to move them around like this vs digitally. Super stoked to work on this after NOPA 🙌

A large board covered in small pieces of paper with sketch pages printed on them

Had a great time watching Backrooms, including the unintended jumpscare towards the end when a severe weather alert blared from the phone of every person sitting in the theater.

Sat and thumbnailed a 20+ page Ghoap version of David and Goliath 🫠 See also: I can't be bothered to sketch bodies at this stage but I WILL make sure I've captured the exact flavor of smugness on Graves' face

A page of rough comic sketches.

Not entirely sure how I ended up with an ad for the movie David, but I'm glad I stuck around for Goliath bc from the back he's a dead ringer for Ghost. nothing quite like recycling a religious movie into a #ghoap AU

Soap stares up at Ghost towering over him, thinking "he's huge..."A screenshot from the 2025 movie "David" showing Goliath from the back walking past rows of soldiers

I remembered this app out of the blue the other day and was wondering what had happened to it. I never got far in the story, but I have been getting back into running lately...

FOLKS!!!! @naomialderman.bsky.social has bought Zombies, Run! Yes, the old app a bunch of us used to all exercise together to and do our mini events is back in her hands! Small thing, though. The banks apparently were empty 👀 So there's a couple of things to do to help out (mini thread)

Gaz may not think it's fair but patrons this week got TWO (2) illustrations as a consolation for them being late (I was in the trenches fighting a cold)

Gaz, in sunglasses and hat but otherwise shirtless and indignant, exclaims, "That's not fair!"

This week's Patreon comic page is late because I've been traveling all over the damn place for work, but also because I spent a lot of time rendering these very refined expressions.

Alex, Soap, and Gaz cling onto an inflatable boat being towed at high speed. Alex is hanging on looking like he's regretting every decision that brought him to this point. Gaz is barely holding on, sunglasses flying off, legs flopping in the air. Soap has a vacant look of rapture akin to a muppet staring into space.
