Recent visit from Integrated Service Technology (iST), Taiwan, and Foremay, US, focused on capabilities of our Space Irradiation Beamline at #HIAF. Now supported by iST, we can offer semiconductor failure analysis and decapping services to our clients requiring radiation testing.
