Having explored a few options, I've got to say @yarnspinner.dev 's Unreal PlugIn has been my favourite Narrative Design system so far. Really easy to integrate into workflows with everything compartmentalisted into components and some nice detailed information flowing in and out. #gameDev
her closing point here is why i think normal media should stop engaging in the culture wars at all. just don't cover these chuds or their views. it's not helping anything, it's not changing anyone's mind, it's simply dragging the mud into spaces and lives it doesn't need to touch.

People talk about this stuff in terms of how much it'll suck for gaming and I hate to inform you how many MRI machines, X-Rays, all sorts of other vital machinery are just a Windows IoT Edition PC in a beige plastic box with a big magnet/accelerator/whatever attached.

One really interesting thing that seems to be pretty consistent is that the Steam Deck has actually provided a definitive min spec for PC game developers. Historically this was a bit more vibes based for a lot of folks and it's great to see something so standardised.
The footage out of Sydney overnight is abhorrent. Peaceful protesters set upon by an army of police, punches thrown at people with raised hands, people praying ripped from their knees. Is this violence the social cohesion that Labor wanted?

Was pretty keen to try Gears Tactics on the Legion Go as a successor for my Xcom addiction but it turns out it needs to login on launch which means you can't play it on flights. Really thought Xbox Offline Mode would've solved that, but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Not sure who could use this info but it turns out that Intel Connectivity Performance Suite was lowering my laptop internet speeds by 95% due to "Prioritization" being enabled and.. bad, I guess.
Playing Mortal Kombat 1 and... the story mode is kind of incredible? They really just made a movie where you hang out and then play the fights every now and then as a treat. Acting and facial animation are great, effects are great.. they just.. kinda knocked it out of the park.
Valve has now rejected my complaint, confirming that "I don't like muslims" is a valid reason to leave a negative review on a game on Steam This is where we're at now.

Can't help but wonder how good my Grandma would have been at visualising UV maps, given they're basically just sewing patterns.
