Disabilities can be super variable. What works for someone one day, might not work the next. When they’ve just about found a way to manage, something else happens or the disability progresses, so it’s back to the drawing board. It’s a constant balance, and constantly adapting.

Disabled and disability aren't slurs. There is no shame in being disabled or part of the disability community. Trying to avoid using the words disabled or disability puts shame on the words and is actually ableism and eugenics. Knock it off.
