i'm a little late to the party here but Rhythm Doctor is absolutely incredible. probably the coolest rhythm game I've ever played.
Made this after a friend who just got the game on Switch fell for it as well
can't believe that by the end of the year the Switch is going to have both Fantasy Maiden Wars and Embodiment of Scarlet Devil in English. crazy work

Pronoun Palace is amazing and I've had a blast with these first few runs but in retrospect I'm not sure why I thought playing this game would cheer me up
like I thought it would be a slow weekend but I just found myself playing through a section of the game and excitedly taking like 6 pages worth of notes usually I have to force myself to sit down and work on it but right now I can't stop thinking about it. is this what enjoying the process is like

slow day today, but I at least got some writing done. and helped a family member troubleshoot their copy of G-Force (2009) for the Nintendo DS
nevermind, I got the Novice 1CC! it’ll still be a long road to beat these types of STGs on Normal, but at least some of my pride is intact.

started checking out Mushihimesama, got humbled pretty hard. I think these arcade shmups are probably too spicy for me even when the systems are simple and I can generally parse what’s going on onscreen…
