my reaction to the news that the Lies of P seamless coop mod is now available AND the full game + DLC (instead of just boss fights)
So today I went "yeah I guess I'll solo Equilibrium, at the very least it'll increase my drop chance of the exotic" - nearly solo flawless, only died twice (once at the very last jump puzzle, once during final encounter cause less damage than I thought) - I GOT THE EXOTIC IN MY SOLO RUN
hey it sounds like a lot of people in this space might be losing their jobs in the coming weeks so if folks could stop talking about them like it's a fucking reality TV show that'd be really great.

Destiny Hunter mains, how do you feel about the reworked void stuff (ie the new melee and Trapper's Ambush rework)? I *love* the new melee (finally we can do void melee bounties!) but IDK if TA works that well with my playstyle, so I'm looking for opinions!

just ended up complaining to two different people solely because I saw someone say that Durandal and Excalibur are the same thing. just a little thing, while Durandal is referred to as "the French Excalibur" by some, they are NOT the same sword, FFS
end up in the one of the hardest fought fights I've had in Marathon (just came off of fighting two different teams back to back, only to run into a third a little ways away) ONLY TO FIND OUT IT'S A FRIEND'S SQUAD AND I WOULDN'T HAVE FOUGHT THEM IF I KNEW
so I've been splitting my time unevenly between Deadlock and Marathon (it'd be more even BUT getting two people I know and trust at the same time is apparently VERY difficult) and with the current patch of Deadlock I've had to fight people to play my main again (Ivy)
very funny to me to load up Skyrim after a while of not playing it (years), downloading mods for it, and finding out A VA I KNOW VOICED A CHARACTER IN IT AS WELL.
have been playing Marathon a decent bit w/friends (when I'm not being sucks back into older games) and today managed to kill two squads (not at the same time, but definitely in the same run AND in the same place, almost back to back) as the last remaining living member of my squad.
very funny to see a post making rounds in socials about Highguard regarding how certain people made the devs feel better going "omg they considered content creators to be journalists!" and basically roasting them when LITERALLY THE NEXT TWO WORDS AFTER "JOURNALISTS" IN THE ARTICLE IS "AND CREATORS"
me: it's very funny that every time a new character is released in Deadlock people scramble to say they're "overpowered" until people establish how to play against them *Celeste releases and I get to play as them* me now: ok she may be a little overtuned lmao

I don't play a lot of mobile games, but the one gatcha game I do allow myself I do have Guilty Gear characters on, and wdym I finally built Baiken to have 84% crit chance and 300% crit damage

ngl there's few things funnier to me than defeating an annoying endgame boss, going to an alternate dimension, only to find out that me being on said dimension is crashing the server.
