it sucks that i'm going to have to look like a bitch by saying no just because my boss guilted other ppl into staying in the past. like they shouldn't have had to say yes but because it worked on them i'm going to look even worse
this happened because another staff member told a client about my leaving before i could talk to them and wasn't supposed to do that. so i asked my boss for help and she basically blamed it on me only giving 2 weeks and asked me to extend my notice.
