Showing my gf the Dominion Tank Police OVA's and I'm reminded that while GitS is the Shirow Masamune manga that influenced me the most, my favorite to read is always Dominon. I think he really shines when he's extra goofy. Also we get the OG anime catgirls, the glorious Puma Twins!

IDC if it's leaving money on the table: If I ever opened a book/comic shop, I would NOT stock any main-line Marvel/D.C. franchise/series. It would be 80% obscure titles and one-off publications. A good chance there would be a bias toward scifi.

Vermilion Hope stuff from a little while back: figuring out some more realized construction and articulation for the TAC ARMs' inner frames. I'm especially pleased by the ab crunch and shoulder extension both articulating from the same axis.

A.D. Police is getting a brand new 4K remaster from the original camera negative. This will be a BD/UHD combo release with updated subs and both the US & UK dubs. Also has a new interview with singer Lou Bonnevie. It'll be out in January!

Maybe it's just my fat fingys, but recently, my phone has started doing this thing where I type "i" as in I [me] and I hit send and the message will say "ai" where the "i" was supposed to be... but I doubt it as the A and the I are at OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE FUCKING KEYBOARD GOOGLE!
