I went to the Amazon Prime screening Wednesday night and I enjoyed it. If you liked or loved the previous three, you'll probably enjoy this one. It isn't overstuffed with villains or cameos and the story is solid. #SpiderManBrandNewDay #FilmSky #Movies

Just came back from the Marvel screener for #SpiderManBrandNewDay No spoilers. Loved it. Some people are calling it the "most grounded Spider-Man" movie of the current franchise. I can see that. To me, it was the Spider-Man movie that felt the most like a comic book brought to life.

One of the great unsung / underseen horror movies is Paperhouse (1988). It's very close to a masterpiece. A young girl, ill with a fever, finds that whatever she draws is manifested into the empty fields of her dreams, exactly as she drew it. Unfortunately, this is not all it's cracked up to be...

The analog age was different but it wasn't always better. If you wanted to see a movie that Blockbuster or Hollywood Video didn't have, there weren't many alternatives. Most of their movies were mainstream. Foreign movies, indie movies and anime depended on store location. #FilmSky #Movies

Fuck a Netflix and chill. There was real intimacy in going to blockbuster together … down the aisles…. Looking through movies and snacks The analog age was much better than this here OVERLY digital age.
