I always considered myself a Mortal Kombat nerd. Then I looked at some MK fangames... and learned about the existence of "Sheborg" and "Boob Saibot". I'm a false fan. I'm officially rescinding my title of MK nerd. Someone else may take it.
I will always believe that Pokémon contests are way, *way* more ruthless and mean than any Pokémon battle. In battles you just need to defeat your opponent, done, all is good. In contests you need to show yourself, but also do all sorts of bad things to the others while looking innocent.
