Part of this plan, should it win, would mean taking the comedy club out of downtown, a few years after it was established as a key cog of the downtown regrowth plan. Less than ideal, in that respect

Housing is a big issue in Connecticut. Prices are rising, supply is low, etc. etc. When reporters write about it like this, saying a town is "helpless and frustrated" that it has to allow new apartments to be built, it's a choice. It makes housing sound like an imposition. Don't write like this.
