A big thank you to everyone who stopped by ACERT’s Annual Open House last Wed! We were delighted to take a moment during the hustle and bustle of the semester to connect with colleagues across departments, offer an opportunity for updated headshots, and commune over the love of cheese and snacks.

We had such a beautiful discussion with Ly Tran at "Stories Are Our Strength: A Conversation with Ly Tran, Hunter Alum and Author of House of Sticks, A Memoir" on 9/22. Tran spoke with students about the challenges and triumphs of growing up and going to school in NYC as an immigrant.

We're still thinking about last week's inspiring presentations about incorporating identity, purpose, and belonging in our teaching! And still thinking about those dumplings--so yummy! 🥟 Thank you, HCAP!
