the MLS is the worst quality offering in US sport, and deliberately so. people in the US are desperate for local football teams, and want high quality football, but they will take what they can get, and the owners are quite happy to give them dross whilst pocketing their money.

Either they secure the lasting end of US Constitutional democracy, or they’re in very serious trouble from the backlash. And they’ve already gone so far that there’s no other possibility.
