I think the UK has been stuck in the negativity bucket for so long, people can’t be positive about *anything*. Being negative all the time is bad for your health. Lighten up. Seek joy. Touch grass. Whatever. Just stop all the sniping and bitching. It’s boring and tedious.
Burnham has been in post for 2.5 days and I see that already there’s a queue of expectations lining up, with complaints forming that he hasn’t yet addressed each individual pet requirement.

I wish Burnham had given a role to the Lesser Known Eagle (Maria), as well as the Better Known Eagle (Angela). He may still do - Maria joined forces with him a couple of days before the 20th Hillsborough anniversary service, and they go way back.

I’m quite enjoying the fact that I don’t have to pay any attention to football and can still know exactly what is going on in the World Cup.
I am the BEST mummy on the planet. After abusing my eldest daughter’s Doc Martens discount, she told me her phone battery is expanding and may explode. Cue mummy dashing to Tesco Mobile, adding a new line & phone to my Family plan, and dashing back to Docs to deliver it to her.

I’m reading Andy Burnham and Steve Rotheram’s book at the moment. When they’d managed to get a debate on Hillsborough through a parliamentary online petition, Christopher Chope tried to railroad it off with his pathetic objection habit. What an absolute prick he is.
Nigel Farage has sent an email to Reform UK supporters tonight saying “we don’t know whether there were any political motives” behind Ann Widdecombe’s murder. But police have already ruled that out, saying there was “no information” to suggest the murder was “politically motivated”.
I mean, sure, if you’re a fan of it, but there’s a time and a place.

What will actually be really, really funny is Farage ending up with a lower number of votes cast vs the 24 GE & a much lower majority because of votes being spread across Count Binface, Looza Fox and Piers Corbyn, and on top of that, a much lower turnout.
