Finally got to see Sinners. What an incredibly brilliant and spiritual movie. If you walked away with the message that hoodoo is demonic then baby, you missed the whole plot. Huge take away— evil always needs an invitation to come in. Ryan is a treasure for real.

HOLY SHIT. You need to read this in its entirety. Way too much to even begin to summarize but it's really, REALLY bad. It's just one agency, NLRB, but it's likely happening at others. We are under attack, seemingly from the inside. What's happening here should put folks in prison

I’ve had to reconcile with myself that it is absolute valid for me to feel anger at the ways I’ve been treated the past two 1/2 years now that I see it for what it is. However, the key to healthy anger is to feel it but not be consumed by it. Anger should help us set boundaries not implode.

Today, I told my therapist about a situation that happened at work with my boss this week. When I got to end of the story my therapist said, “I am so proud of you.You have grown so much in two years in the midst of consistent disrespect. That’s something to be proud of!” I teared up.

The thing I hate most about this era is it is pushing our elders, who should be resting, to pull out there literal and figurative marching shoes to defend their rights and the rights of others. That makes me so angry!! Trump and his minions are out here robbing rest and rights!

This week was a beautiful and affirming week 🥰✨From learning my paper proposal was accepted for the in person meeting of the American Academy of Religion to receiving my graduation invitations in the mail. Whew 🥹😭 I am beautifully overwhelmed
