It's been six years since we lost Larry Csonka, and part of me will always wonder what he'd make of the slop that's infesting media these days. Probably would just shrug it off and keep chipping away at the next three shows on his list! (The wrestling writer, not the ex Miami Dolphin...)

I perhaps should be putting this into another format, but a lot of what I see in the current British scene leaves me wondering what I'm missing. Whether it's fans who haven't been around for nor care about the past, or people whose job it is to hype up the current product, I just don't get it.

It's a shame that the production of a wrestling show is enough to turn me away from a match I was really looking forward to... but I guess it's what the kids like these days. Being shouted at with fake excitement.

It's weird, but Carat week aside, I've seen zero live wrestling this year and I'm not exactly missing it. In a year so far where I've had a real need for distractions, that's saying something...
