Our colleague Jiří Černý chaired the RNA 3D session at the Benasque conference on Computational Approaches to RNA Structure and Function and presented DNATCO 5.0, combining NtC-based conformational analysis with NA-VAL validation of RNA and DNA models.

Centre of Molecular Structure never sleeps - even during the quietest week of summer. With Jan Blaha, they collected high-quality X-ray diffraction data on our D8 Venture, aiming to resolve a protein structure at ~1.8 A. Looking forward to collecting data with you!

Droplet Digital PCR World on Tour 2026 has started at BIOCEV 🧬 Hosted by GeneCore in collaboration with Bio-Rad, the workshop combines ddPCR talks with hands-on work on the QX700 instrument in the GeneCore lab. Practical training continues tomorrow.

We hosted two student groups in our labs this April 🧬 One visited through Hejbni vědou!, organised by Asociace genové terapie, and the other came from Sunny Canadian School. A closer look at how research works in practice.
