It is positioned on top of a halfbody of gru laughing maniacally. the second part of the post says, "but it could also be 'mwah ahaha' like someone kissing you and then laughing joyously because they love you". it is in between a sequence of gru kissing lucy, and then him grinning as he embraced her closely.
