here's a Hot Art Tip: when drawing, try to take a 5 minute break every hour or so to do something else. rest your eyes, stretch your finger muscles, and try to occupy a different space from your workstation. Avoid social media if possible. I've found those kinds of breaks to be v helpful
have to keep reminding myself that what i make has meaning & value to people even if i'm slower than my peers, even if i'm bad at marketing & social media, even if other artists make similar things
