I didn’t think I’d be wading through sewer water at 5am to grab my car keys but here we are. Everything is gone. It’s a total loss. @shrugsyolo.bsky.social lost a lot of her fursuit supplies. I lost most of what I brought up to Canada. We are buying a house soon but loosing our space sucks.

You are hereby notified that you are in default of the lease agreement for: $865.00. Amount Due Immediately to: [redacted] Property Management. You are hereby required to pay the above amount of rent, Late Fees, and utilities immediately. If you have already paid the above amount, please discard this notice. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW, I HEREBY GIVE YOU NOTICE TO VACATE THE ABOVE-MENTIONED PREMISES IF AMOUNT IS NOT PAID IN FULL BY 7-14-26. YOU ARE TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IN CLEAN AND GOOD CONDITION AS REQUIRED BY LAW, AND TO RETURN ALL KEYS BY THIS DATE.
