Probably makes no difference, but part of me thinks constantly saying "if there even is a 2027 season" manufactures consent for a lockout. I'd prefer not to normalize the idea of owners shutting down the sport in order to break a union. That should be a weird, extreme, unacceptable course of action.

This very morning I was wondering how long a kryptonite lock lasts and it looks like mine lasted from when I purchased it until today. Thankfully my bike it not currently permanently locked to the bike rack... but I do need a new lock asap

Also, an older couple was in the crosswalk with a driver waiting to turn left into the crosswalk. The lady held up her hand and yelled "STAY THERE! DON'T MOVE" Just seems like people shouldn't have to make a big deal out of using a crosswalk when they have the walk sign

Something I have seen a couple of times in the past few days, a driver coasting to a red and the driver behind them goes around them to fill the gap.

This is the second traffic death in Cleveland of a person outside of a vehicle in the last 6 days. Both of these incidents took place in roads that are known to be dangerous. We can't rely on drivers to be decent or never make an error. We must have protected bike lanes in high risk areas.

On a similar note, I'm happy to bike to the ballpark, hangout and watch some baseball. It's not cool that we have actual team owners in MLB who seem to have the same lackadaisical attitude as I do for baseball. If you buy a team you should care if that team wins!

I hate how, if you point out that it sucks when the Dodgers build the death star, everyone assumes you’re in favor of a salary cap or pro-owner. Nuts to that. Both things can be true! I can dislike owners, be pro-labor, but also find it demoralizing when one team gobbles up the best players.
