Been a while since I binged a book like I did this one. Great book, but also, wtf did I just read???

After much messing around in affinity I think I managed to get something that works for night and dusk/dawn. Still not 100% on the sunset version but I did learn a new thing in affinity.

Trying my hand at making a more stylized background in #blender. Daytime was the easy one but trying to turn it to night and sunset was a lot of trial and error. Does anyone have any tips on how to do it properly?

Some color variations I've been playing with for my moths. Particularly in love with the red, black and white set.

I've been spending more time in procreate lately trying to draw stuff. It's fun to see progress. I gotta stop making twenty different color versions of things though. 😂 I just can't decide which ones like the best.

This is as far as I'm going to get with this one for now. I had planned to make a full scene out of this but it's my first time playing with textures and I'm still figuring out how to make it do what I want it to do. I'll come back to it in the future when I've had a bit more practice.

First finished blender project that I've made without using a tutorial. Just in time for the new year. 🥳

Still a work in progress but I wanted to see if I could make a background for a VN I've been working on. So far, so good... This is my first render without a tutorial too. 🎉 The pink in the frames will eventually be mirrors or paintings.
