Yesterday, ICE shot and injured Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, a 28-year-old DoorDash driver from Venezuela. Wilber is the third DoorDash driver known to have been shot by ICE, but the company has remained silent -- and complicit. Delete your DoorDash app and account until they take decisive action.
Alert ⚠️ An ICE officer shot 28-year-old Wilber Rafael Garces Perez in North Austin today after a traffic stop. He was shot in the torso and hospitalized in serious but stable condition. His attorney says Perez, a Venezuelan national, entered the U.S. legally and had a valid work permit.
