Daredevil has always been a c-list Marvel character with a few great creative teams and stories, and everyone on the Daredevil: Born Again show is trying hard to elevate this into one of those stories. Halfway through season 1, and I am enjoying it. Closer to Andor than the other MCU shows.
I am very late to starting Daredevil: Born Again, partly because I like Deborah Ann Woll’s Karen Page and didn’t want to see her put through the wringer like in the comics. A few minutes in, I’m thinking the inciting incident and character may have been switched in this version.
Yesterday we received a "public safety survey" being circulated by the Asheville Chamber of Commerce and it's a doooozy. It's also worth taking a closer look at since it shows how the crime panic propaganda sausage is getting made...
Ok don’t let’s get carried away but I found something genuinely good on Threads.
I’m not usually a DC reader, but… DC is nailing it on the artist front for me. Latest solicit has two Hayden Sherman monthlies, James Harren Demon, Chris Samnee Batman & Robin, and Jim Mahfood Lobo. Plus, Sophie Campbell will be back on Supergirl art after a fill-in issue or two.

Shout out to Conner at [PIAS] Recordings for coming through with replacements for the Monster Magnet Powertrip remaster. This was pressed from a censored master recording last year, and the label repressed and sent out x2 vinyl records at no cost to purchasers. Impressive customer service!
Hank Howard: Pizza Detective is a piece of dark goofy pulp greatness, even though Bad Idea seems determined to make finding out about their books impossible.

I’ve been seeing a lot of “news” and tech writers use the word “shuddering” when they mean “shuttering”, and it provokes the former in me every time.
Panopto sounds like a Masters of the Universe character. He would have multiple telescoping eyes. I could see him running with the likes of Mekaneck and Man-at-Arms.
Props to the skills, but maybe not the execution. “Despite having his laptop confiscated, Kurtaj managed to breach Rockstar, the company behind GTA, using an Amazon Firestick, his hotel TV and a mobile phone.” www.bbc.com/news/technol...

I don’t know how I had never heard Jack Antonoff’s name before now, but I checked out his band after he name-dropped a bunch of my favorite musicians in his “What’s in my Bag?” episode, and damn it… I like Bleachers.
The Ocarina of Time remake will be my reason to buy a Switch 2.
