Small Press Expo

Small Press Expo/SPX is the pre-eminent indie comics festival and home of the Ignatz Awards. Every September we host over 500 creators for the ultimate in mini-comics, riso comix and graphic novels. www.smallpressexpo.com

Long shot, but last year at SPX there was someone going around to the artists and passing out samples of their work as a printer. I specifically saved it somewhere so I could check it out if needed, and of course I can't find it now. Anyone remember who that was?

We have the honor to present to you, this year’s SPX 2026 poster done by none other than the recipient of the 2025 Ignatz Award for Outstanding Series, Sanika Phawde! 🥳🥳🥳 To say that we are proud to have this as our poster is an understatement.

We at Small Press Expo have been on the fortunate end of things when it comes to our posters. Over the years the likes of Tom Gauld, Caroline Cash and Cathy G. Johnson have blessed us with their talent and knocked it out of the park each and every time. Watch this space at 1 PM tomorrow for more!
