Copernicus ECMWF@copernicusecmwf.bsky.social · 2mo agoGlobal total estimated fire emissions were slightly below average for August 2026. However, Indonesia recorded its highest August monthly total estimated emissions since at least 2003, contributing to the highest monthly fire emissions for Asia.
