I still have the first videogame I ever got. And it still works. Thank you Aunt Jennie and Uncle Edwin! It does feel a bit more brittle than it did back in the day. And my skills seems to have atrophied a bit...

You know in SimCity when you build some infrastructure and you see people kind of filling it up and using it in real time? I feel like I'm seeing that happen right now on the 2 line from Redmond to Seattle. The 2 line was a ghost town last week and now that it goes to Seattle it's packed.

"That looks really good, have you considered the blue from the Luxembourg flag? That blue seems like it's going to be really hot soon. Just get the Pantone for that and try it." -sentences that are super weird unless you work in game development. Also, that Luxembourgian cyan/blue is pure gold.

After nearly 5 years my "notes from in person meetings at shows" notebook is full. Flipping through reveals early notes on so many amazing games, it's like a time machine. Stickers and stamps are from Gamescom, DICE, and BitSummit
