This form is intended for individuals who are victims of transnational repressions (TNR) or are at high risk of becoming targets of such repressions. These actions are typically carried out by government agencies or their proxies in another country due to the individual’s professional activities, civic engagement, or public positions. Please note that this form is strictly for cases related to TNR. It does not cover other requests, such as relocation assistance or financial support for activists who are not victims or at direct risk of transnational repression. Due to the high number of requests and limited resources, there may be delays in responding to submissions.
