I know we’re supposed to worship the NHS but I just spent 10 mn with a French physio and got more help with my rehab than in 18 months with the NHS (which essentially told me you’ll be disabled for life, just deal).

You know what's an underestimated time suck publishing on Substack? All the customer service along the lines of "it's not us, it's Substack" with readers frustrated at automated emails we never sent, or being forced to use an app they don't want, or getting lost in confusing settings we can't fix

Anyone else actively angry at Meta for making a self-service ad centre that requires a PhD to operate? Can you recommend a QUICK resource where I can learn how to set up lead generation campaigns when you’re a small business and their UX gives you hives?

Do non-migrants have any idea how *utterly terrifying* it is for those who have IDL in the UK; have built a life here, have British kids & forged a sense of love & belonging to be bombarded with news that a sizeable % of the population & government want to be able to take that away & deport us?
