It's a hummingbird hawk-moth summer! There's been lots of sightings of the distinctive moth, which hovers over flowers to feed like a hummingbird. It's thought that, amongst other things, hot weather and strong winds have driven their spread northwards. 📷️: David Humphries

Days off are all well and good, until you have to go back to work 🫠
Haven’t had much to say today. We’ve played some games, had a yummy chicken dinner and tonight’s movie is Into Darkness ☺️

Finished REANIMAL this evening. Definitely shorter than I thought it would be, and that end sequence was rough 😅 But it’s a pretty good game, very much like Little Nightmares with the quirky story!
Usually I’d be in work right now, and that makes me feel a little bit more relaxed 🤣

Around this time last year I was pretty unhappy at a weight of 13st 1lbs. There have been plenty of ups and downs since, but I’m currently sitting at 11st 6lbs! I’ve still got a ways to go, but I’m feeling so much better for it! ☺️
