I very rarely post development or concept stuff for my comic work, but there's parts in Arc 3 where I'll have Cath go on trips while she listens to music (less so by the time the arc starts) so I needed to make imagery that surrounds it, so had a go at that, both good and bad

Kids need/deserve traumatic films. Films that show death or lasting consequences that aren't resolved almost instantly. Fear, anger, grief and frustration should be part of kids movies. Kids arent stupid, they feel big emotions just like adults, they deserve to see those experiences reflected back.

Just realised I never uploaded older Cath Went through and fully decided her design (although I need to give her her glasses) Her dynamic with Edith where she's the problem child reverses now she's head of the house and Edith gets to cause problems instead haha

The hardest part of making a webcomic is the writing It's a series of problem solving and presentation that acts as the frame work for the art, so if your scaffolding is bad, your entire architecture is going to crumble My advice is make sure the writing is good before touching the art

My whole webcomic is about a robot man and his relationship with his mother, who's basically adopted him from being abandoned in a shop. His mother is the most stubborn woman alive, both positively and negatively, but she'll see him right also happy #webcomicday

What is your original character's relationship with their mother? What was their mother like? Is your original character a parent themselves? #OCASK #OCQOTD #OCSKY
