something i learned at the xiv panel yesterday is that when you meet whomever from sqnx and give them a little trinket or wol sticker, those things often wind up in a special part of the sqnx office just for them, so that devs who donโt travel for events like fanfest can see and love them too. ๐ฅบ
My favorite part of dawntrail was when Ketenramm showed up and I had finally had context for all the vague tweets that were like what is with that one npc's face.

The padjals are lore-wise kind of one of the more interesting things in ffxiv to me. They're human until they get Chosen, and then they're Not Anymore. They never age and will outlive everyone they love. They're politically powerful. They have cute horns. It's all WILD.

This was my favourite cosplayer at #Fanfest Berlin - Gerolt. He would give you a task to collect memories & then he would upgrade your relics (cosplay weapons). In my case, I paid with a Tomestone of Poetics - he added a bell on a string then tapped it with his hammer. 14/10 fantastic #cosplay idea.
